Our experience means your success

maconda was founded in 1998 as an independent consulting firm. A key driver was the insight that particularly medium-sized customers who have worked hard for their money should expect more from their advisers than the standard solutions with limited connections to real life. Since then, maconda has relied on a network of experienced experts in various sectors and disciplines in addition to its own trained employees.

Our credo: We are small enough to provide our customers with very personal service, but large enough to reliably conduct complex projects – even under heavy time pressure and in different countries.

Facts

The maconda main office is located in Cologne. In 2008 maconda also opened an office in Munich. To be close to our clients. In addition, we have partner offices available in various Central and Eastern European cities, such as in Prague and Warsaw.

Since our founding we have established a broad knowledge portfolio of over 300 consulting and implementation projects. The topics covered have almost always been corporate transactions, turn-around management, strategic reorientations, bankruptcy situations as well as escorts into new markets.

In addition, we have conducted more than 70 commercial due diligences for renowned private equity companies and their investments since 2004. We consider it a sign of our quality and reliability that our expert opinions have remained equally in demand even in spite of the current financial crisis.
