After receiving his business degree and his doctorate at the University of Mannheim, Rainer Mayer worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Kienbaum Management Consultants, focusing on typical German “Mittelstand” companies. In more than 20 years of professional experience, Rainer Mayer has conducted a variety of corporate transactions and restructurings. Rainer Mayer speaks German, English and some Dutch.
is Partner at maconda. After studying business administration at the University of Munster, she began her industry career at Vodafone and as a project manager at the consulting firm Kienbaum. Starting in 2001 she was at Siemens Communications, among other things as Vice President of Strategy and Head of Innovations. As director of Cooperation's & Alliances she assisted in several large M&A transactions for Siemens Communications, and as Vice President she was responsible for the worldwide consumer marketing for Siemens Mobile Phones. is Associate partner at maconda since 2013. After studying at the University of Witten-Herdecke, he worked three years at Arthur D. Little International Corporate Finance. Since 1999, he is a managing partner at Leo Impact Consulting GmbH, Berlin and has coordinated over 100 corporate transactions, restructuring and reorganization projects for companies with up to € 500m in sales. His industry focus is health care, where he has directed over 70 projects. Numerous presentations, lectures and multiple organ activities complete his tasks. He speaks German, English and Spanish.
Michael Stoll (Dipl.-Kfm.) is Associate Partner at maconda with more than 15 years of profound experience in marketing and sales divisions of internationally active companies. He held managerial positions in larger companies from various industries, e.g. CEO of a large multibrand fashion retailer, director food and corporate branding of Tchibo or director marketing and visual merchandising at a well-known fashion brand. Michael Stoll has an extensive track record in establishing marketing, brand and sales strategies as well as in developing and launching new brands, sub-brands and collections. From 2009 to 2011 he was member of the executive board at an international fashion brand. Michael speaks German, English and a bit of Norwegian.
