System integration and process control are an integral part of its services. \u201cWith Reinhardt, we want to complement the WAGNER portfolio and further expand our \u2018Adhesives & Sealants\u2019 business internationally,\u201d said Hubert Riek, managing director of WAGNER and Chairman of the Management Board of the Wagner Industrial Solutions division. <\/p>\n\n
This was preceded by a careful analysis of Reinhardt-Technik by maconda\u2019s due diligence specialists. This included an assessment of the market potential in the customer markets in which Reinhardt is particularly active\u2014glass industry (windows), renewable energy, wind energy and electrical engineering, as well as automotive and bus\/truck\/rail (BTR)\u2014as well as the fundamental future viability of the technology offered and possible substitutes. <\/p>\n\n
Another focus was the analysis of Reinhardt\u2019s product portfolio as well as the review and discussion of the company\u2019s strategy in the end markets it serves.
