The analyzed company&#8217;s product portfolio includes complete merchandise management systems and complementary software solutions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A central challenge of our work was the analysis and evaluation of the company&#8217;s relevant customer markets. Various trends and influencing factors were analyzed and assessed through interviews with selected experts from our network and systematic research. Furthermore, with the comprehensive expertise of our industry specialists, we were able to identify product-side unique selling propositions of the company. Our analysis was rounded off by evaluating the customer base and its positioning compared to relevant competitors. To better assess products and target groups, we also conducted &#8216;masked&#8217; conversations with software users.
