System integration and process control are integral parts of their services. “With the acquisition of Reinhardt, we intend to complement the WAGNER portfolio and further expand our ‘Adhesives & Sealants’ business unit internationally,” said Hubert Riek, managing director of WAGNER and Chairman of the Management Board of the Wagner Industrial Solutions division. <\/p>\n\n
This was preceded by a careful analysis of Reinhardt-Technik by the due diligence specialists at maconda. The market potential in the customer markets specifically served by Reinhardt\u2014the glass industry (windows), renewable energies, wind energy, and electrical engineering, as well as automotive and bus\/truck\/rail (BTR)\u2014was assessed, as was the fundamental future viability of the technology offered and potential substitutes. <\/p>\n\n
Another focus was the analysis of Reinhardt\u2019s product range and the review and discussion of the company\u2019s strategy in the end markets served.
