maconda is a member of the BDU – Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater e.V., and active in the specialist group for restructuring and insolvency consulting. The BDU represents the German consulting industry with its more than 150,000 employees nationwide. The BDU’s mission is to continuously improve this service, which is important for the German economy, and to ensure the high level of quality of its member companies through studies, guidelines, networking and continuing education.

The leading working group for insolvency in NRW

The main focus of the Cologne-based but nationally active Arbeitskreis für Insolvenzwesen Köln e.V. is the regular exchange of information between judges, insolvency administrators and all those interested in insolvency. Founded in 1949, the association now has almost 600 members, making it one of the oldest and largest of its kind in Germany. It is led by one of the most renowned German insolvency judges.

The Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V, founded in 1963, is a nationally-organised entrepreneurial professional association which currently has more than 12,000 members. The association stands for a sustainable and successful economic policy in the context of the social market economy. The Economic Council represents the interests of the entrepreneurial economy vis-à-vis politics, administration and the public.
