The Sansidor Group – until now an exclusively Dutch network of companies specialising in technical inspections of buildings and facilities – is now expanding in Germany and has acquired its fourth local shareholding: Umwelthygiene Marburg. The accredited laboratory in accordance with the German Drinking Water Ordinance specialises in the analysis of drinking water, swimming pool water, and non-potable water. It serves both commercial and private clients across Germany. As with previous transactions, maconda identified the company and initiated contact with its shareholders.
maconda is supporting Sansidor in establishing its German business. Based on an in-depth analysis of companies providing inspections and testing services for buildings and facilities in the areas of water hygiene, air quality, electrical safety, fire protection and occupational safety, the maconda team also identified Umwelthygiene Marburg as a company that is very well aligned with Sansidor in terms of quality standards. Mandated by Sansidor, maconda approaches companies that are a good fit in terms of business model, analyses their suitability for the partnership-based Sansidor concept and, as in the case of Umwelthygiene Marburg, brings them together with Sansidor.
