The federal special fund launched in 2025 provides significant momentum for major investments in transport, energy, and social infrastructure, as well as climate-friendly modernization. Nevertheless, the construction industry in Germany remains (as yet) cautious: high financing costs, increased construction prices, and uncertainty on the demand side are slowing down new projects; renovation, maintenance, and the efficient use of existing buildings are moving to the forefront. Digitalization is making noticeable progress: BIM is becoming established in more and more projects, and digital twin approaches are creating transparency from planning through to building operation. European building efficiency requirements are directing investments into energy and CO₂ performance, materials, and building technology. The shortage of skilled labor is increasing the pressure on productivity; standardization and serial residential construction are gaining importance.

We have implemented numerous projects in various segments of the construction industry and possess sound experience along the value chain – from construction products, building technology, and trade (including LED/lighting technology, insulation and timber construction/CLT, smart building and security technology, and HVAC) to services such as architectural and engineering activities, gardening and landscaping, serial residential construction, facility management, electrical installations, sewer and leak testing, and damage restoration.
