Consumer Goods

We holistically analyze consumer goods companies – from consumer behavior and brand strategy to distribution, trade relations, and growth potential.

Consumer Goods

Consumers, purchasing behavior, brand strategies, distribution, trade power, globalization, digitalization. All these – and much more – are central themes when working with consumer goods, both durable and non-durable. Depending on the product, the focus of measures may be more on the consumer or more on the retailer. Saturated markets, consumer reluctance to spend, and hybrid purchasing behavior are challenging consumer goods manufacturers. In developing countermeasures, we are helped by our knowledge of orchestrating marketing instruments, multivariate analysis of data-rich consumer information, and an experience-driven assessment of relationships with trade partners.

In our work, we draw on our broad knowledge from numerous value enhancement, restructuring, and transaction projects in this diverse industry.
