You will support both the German Mittelstand and well-known clients from the private equity sector and family offices with strategically relevant issues and transactions. To do this, you bring the following mindset:

We are looking forAnalyst or Associate Transaction Diligence (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Analysis of markets, business models, and growth strategies of target companies
- Derivation of opportunities, risks, and key investment implications to support purchase and investment decisions
- Assessment of market attractiveness, competitive positioning, customer structures, price levels, and growth drivers
- Data-based analyses, expert interviews, and customer surveys
- Supporting our clients with strategic issues
- Close cooperation with investors, management teams, and other consultants in a dynamic project environment
Your skill set
- Completed degree with a focus on business administration subjects such as Finance, M&A, Controlling, or Marketing
- At least two very successfully completed internships in suitable companies and roles (as an Analyst starting your career) or three years of professional experience in consulting or the financial environment and/or in the Strategy and Transactions/Corporate Finance/M&A area (as an Associate)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot, ideally PowerPivot or similar) and PowerPoint (structure, formatting)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level in each)
