What our interns say

“At maconda, I was not only able to take on responsibility very quickly, but also to collaborate on exciting, challenging projects within a team and gain first-hand experience of precise work in consulting.”

Antonia Ruhl

“From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable within the team and, during my internship, was able to contribute to exciting and varied projects. What I particularly liked was that I was able to take on responsibility early on for my own analyses and tasks. I can highly recommend the internship, because you learn an incredible amount in a short time, can apply it directly, and take away a great deal both professionally and personally.”

Jonathan Stölting

“At maconda, I was able to gain a great deal of important experience for my future career from my very first day. The first week in particular is very intensive, but also very educational. I was immediately integrated into many different projects, some of which accompanied me throughout my entire internship. I found that at maconda you can learn a great deal in a very short time through the daily changing challenges.”

Julia Grunwald

“My time at maconda was characterized by very diverse projects in which I was closely involved from the outset as an intern and in which I was quickly able to take on tasks at junior level. This included independently familiarizing myself with new industries, conducting interviews, and carrying out my own research and analyses. It was precisely the combination of teamwork on projects and growing personal responsibility that made the experience particularly instructive for me.”

Noah Bayazit

“From the very beginning, my time at maconda was characterized by exciting, demanding projects and a steep learning curve. From day one, I was welcomed as an integral part of the team and directly involved in ongoing project work. I found the fact that I was treated as an equal particularly positive – I was not perceived simply as an ‘intern’, but as a full member of the team.
This allowed me to take on responsibility early on, contribute my own ideas, and experience work in a management consultancy first-hand. During my time at maconda, I was able to develop both professionally and personally, and I am taking many valuable experiences from the consultancy with me that I still benefit from today.”
