Adeleon has acquired multiweigh, a leading manufacturer of high-precision multihead weighers and special packaging solutions, including for the food industry. maconda, the Cologne-based consultant specializing in niche markets across numerous industries, supported Adeleon with a focused Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), primarily analyzing multiweigh’s market outlook and competitive positioning.
multiweigh specializes in complex weighing technology tailored to customer needs and handles engineering, construction, programming, and setup of multihead weighers for customer-specific products – all from a single source. In the CDD, maconda analyzed multiweigh’s product range and its areas of application, the targeted customer groups, and their underlying markets. These primarily include the food industry with numerous fields of application, from frozen food to confectionery and pet food. An excellent task for maconda, as it allowed for a perfect combination of extensive experience in mechanical and plant engineering with deep experience in food markets. Accordingly, Adeleon expressed satisfaction and positive feedback regarding the collaboration.
