- Layenberger, a provider of innovative brands for sports nutrition and dietary supplements: we supported the Austrian investor AG Capital with a Commercial Due Diligence
- Bäckerei Karl Schmidt, a successful bakery chain from northern North Rhine-Westphalia, for which we were involved twice with a Commercial Due Diligence, including for the eventual buyer.
