maconda intensifies its engagement in the Netherlands. The focus is on supporting Dutch consulting clients and Commercial Due Diligences in the Dutch market. As part of this, maconda is opening an office in the center of Amsterdam and systematically expanding its local network with M&A advisors and investors.
“maconda goes Dutch” – this is the internal working title for the latest expansion of the Cologne consulting specialists. To ensure everything runs smoothly, the existing network in the Netherlands is being further strengthened, and consultants will also be available locally in Amsterdam’s Vijzelstraat, corner of Keizersgracht.
The central goal is to support Dutch companies – primarily private equity investors and their portfolio companies – in entering the German-speaking region. This is achieved through Commercial Due Diligences, implementation-related go-to-market projects, and the search for suitable companies as part of buy-and-build strategies. Another goal is to better understand and more thoroughly analyze the Dutch market in the context of due diligences and strategy projects for companies based in the German-speaking region.
