The Sansidor Group, a previously purely Dutch network of companies for technical inspections of buildings and facilities that is now also growing in Germany, has now acquired a stake in a fourth company in Germany – Environmental Hygiene Marburg. The accredited laboratory is a state-recognized testing facility in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance and specializes in analyses of drinking water, swimming and bathing pool water, and process water, serving both commercial and private clients in Germany. As before, maconda identified the company and approached the shareholders.
maconda supports Sansidor in building its German business, in close collaboration with Germany CEO Bernhard Schwarm. Based on an in-depth analysis of the multifaceted spectrum of companies for the inspection of buildings and facilities with regard to water hygiene and air quality, electrical safety, fire protection, and occupational safety, the maconda team also identified Environmental Hygiene Marburg as a company that harmonizes very well with Sansidor in terms of quality standards.
