maconda advises Argos Wityu on investment in global market leader for inflatable waterparks
maconda has prepared a comprehensive commercial due diligence on Wibit Sports GmbH. Wibit is the world's leading provider of inflatable waterparks for coastal waters, lakes and indoor pools. The client was Argos Wityu, a pan-European investment company with a German team based in Frankfurt am Main. Wibit was able to win the investor as a strategic partner in October.

maconda advises United Chocolate on the acquisition of Weibler, manufacturer of special chocolate gifts
Just a few months after a commercial due diligence on Argenta, a manufacturer of innovative chocolate specialties, the consultants of Cologne-based CDD-specialist maconda again assisted United Chocolate GmbH in the planned development of a medium-sized chocolate group. This time, the focus was on Weibler Confiserie, a manufacturer of fancy, smart chocolate presents and semi-finished chocolate products. In addition, maconda analyzed the possible operational and strategic synergies between Weibler and Argenta.

maconda is advising the pan-European investment company Argos Wityu on its majority stake in aktivoptik, one of the leading optician and acoustician chains in Germany, as part of a management succession plan. maconda prepared the transaction with a comprehensive commercial due diligence, to which the Cologne-based consultants applied their many years of expertise in the retail, optometry and audiology sectors.

maconda GmbH, the specialist for commercial due diligence and value enhancement, supported the Munich-based industrial holding Adcuram with a comprehensive vendor due diligence for the sale of CaseTech to an investment company from Bad Homburg. The maconda team analyzed, among other aspects, the different markets of the globally operating manufacturer of sausage casings. The selling process was coordinated by Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Banking.
